CYRON Return Terms & Conditions
All returns MUST include an RA# issued by authorized CYRON personnel. NOTE: Items returned without an RA number will result in loss of merchandise. Returns to CYRON may fall in several categories. Following describes some of most common cases.

Return of NEW merchandise, due to no fault of product:
  • a) Only accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • b) Obtain an RA.
  • c) Product must be received back by CYRON within 14 days of issuing RA.
  • d) No refunds for shipping.
  • e) May incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • f) Product must be in its un-opened original manufacturer packaging.
  • g) Credit will be issued 7-10 days after receiving the merchandize.
  • h) No returns accepted after 7 days of receiving the product.

Return of defective merchandise covered under warranty:

  • a. Available within product warranty period with a proof of purchase from CYRON or any of its authorized dealers.
  • b. Obtain an RA#,
  • c. If instructed as such, ship product back as described in the RA form. Customer pays for shipping to CYRON.
  • d. Replacement will be sent out according to technical support evaluations.

Return of merchandise for exchange:

  • a. Obtain an RA#
  • b. Restocking fee MAY apply.
  • c. CYRON agents will evaluate each and every circumstances
  • d. Ship product back to CYRON as instructed in the RA form, Customer pays for shipping charges.
  • e. Replacement product will be shipped after receiving the return.
  • f. Difference in exchange amount will be charged/credited to customer account accordingly.
